MULTI-AIRCRAFT CONTROL MODE

The new remote controller also supports 4G wireless communications, an interchangeable battery, and new antenna design, providing even more convenience for daily operations.
Spray nozzles can be chosen according to the properties of each liquid to optimize atomization, energy efficiency, and the amount of liquid sprayed. The included nozzles are resistant to wear and can be used for thousands of hours without degradation. In total, the MG-1 has four nozzles, each placed directly below a motor. The downward airflow generated by the propellers accelerates the spray, increasing its reach.
MG APP 2.0
Operation Modes Practical and Powerful
New operation modes have been added to the MG app v2.0. Multi-Aircraft Control mode is easy and intuitive, fully empowering users to control multiple aircraft with a single remote controller. Another new operation mode is Banked Turning, which uses optimized flight routes and increases working efficiency by up to 20%. Apart from the new modes, A-B Route Operation Mode, Manual Operation Mode, and Manual Plus Operation Mode are all still available to allow a multitude of control options.

UPGRADED HIGH-PRECISION RADAR
The MG-1P’s improved radar system integrates the three high-precision terrain detection radars from previous MG-1S aircraft with an obstacle avoidance radar. This doubles detection sensitivity and allows for multi-directional detection, significantly increasing the aircraft’s ability to sense obstacles and follow terrain automatically. The MG-1P can detect centimetre-wide power lines from up to 15 m away.
This protects the aircraft not only from power lines but from trees branches and other common obstacles as well. Active Obstacle Sensing and Avoidance works during the day or at night without being influenced by light or dust. Plus, the radar system’s Ingress Protection rating has increased to IP67, making the system even more resistant to dirt, debris, and water.
AGRICULTURE SOLUTION PACKAGE 2.0
The Agriculture Solution Package 2.0 is a comprehensive drone solution for manufacturers building aircraft for agriculture. It consists of the A3-AG 2.0/N3-AG 2.0 Flight Controller, Agricultural Management Unit (AMU), a delivery pump, high-precision microwave radars, a customized industrial controller, a flow meter, and the E Series propulsion systems.
Also included is the newly added DJI Agriculture Management Platform and high-precision obstacle avoidance radar module. The Agriculture Solution Package 2.0 empowers manufacturers to develop dedicated and customizable flying platforms and adapt to different needs, environments, and demands.
PRECISE POSITIONING WITH INTERFERENCE RESISTANCE
The MG-1P RTK is powered by DJI’s high-precision D-RTK navigation and positioning technology which offers centimetre-level positioning that is essential for industrial applications. Dual-antenna direction-finding technology gives strong resistance against electromagnetic interference, ensuring flight safety even when the aircraft is flying near high-voltage power lines or in other complicated environments. The MG-1P RTK works hand in hand with a new base station and D-RTK handheld mapper, which receives positioning data from the onboard RTK module to accurately measure fields and transmits results to the remote controller for precise planning.
HIGH-PRECISION MICROWAVE RADAR
The radars on the front and rear sides detect terrain, allowing the aircraft to adjust its height accordingly. The downward radar provides high-precision altitude. As the sensors scan, the agricultural drone is able to perceive changes in terrain, adjust its altitude, and maintain its altitude above crops, covering more ground efficiently.
Control the front pair and rear pair of nozzles separately. There are now different spraying modes available including forwarding, backward, and full spraying. The new pressure and flow sensors monitor the spraying rate in real-time, exerting control over the speed and amount sprayed during use. Nozzles can also be used to attach extended spray booms.

Remotely operated hobby or toy aircraft and drone flying rules:
- • Do not, through act or omission, endanger the safety of any aircraft or person therein or any person or property through the negligent operation of any drone or remotely piloted aircraft, or model aircraft.
- • Fly or operate a drone or remotely piloted aircraft, toy or model aircraft 50 m or closer to:
- • any person or group of persons, on sports fields, road races, at schools or any social events.
- • any property without permission from the property owner.
Unless approved by the SACAA, do not fly or operate a drone, remotely piloted aircraft, toy or model aircraft:
- • near manned aircraft.
- • 10km or closer to an aerodrome which includes an airport, helipad or airfield.
- • a drone that weighs more than 7 kilograms (15.4 pounds), for which you don’t have a license.
- • in controlled airspace.
- • in restricted airspace.
- • in prohibited airspace.
Do not fly or operate a drone or remotely piloted aircraft, toy or model aircraft higher than (120m) 400 ft from the ground, unless approved by the Director of Civil Aviation of the SACAA.
General Basic Drone Flying Rules to which you must adhere:
- • You may not fly a drone within 10km of an airport.
- • You may not fly nearer than 50 metres from people, buildings or roads.
- • You may not fly a drone higher than 120m (400 feet).
- • ‘Hobby’ drones must be flown in within the line of sight.
- • Drones may not be flown at night.
Always fly your drone within your line of sight and below the highest obstacle in your vicinity.
